Book your conference with us before 31 August 2010 and enjoy great savings on our Full Day Delegate Package and accommodation:
Full Day Delegate Package
From $50.00* per person (normally $55.00) includes:
- Arrival, morning and afternoon tea and coffee;
- Lunch; Your choice from the Day Delegate Lunch Menu served at Cracked Pepper overlooking Mooloolaba Beach or in the conference room
- Room Hire from 8.00am to 5.00pm (Main conference room)
- Equipment and supplies: Screen, whiteboard, flipchart, writing pads, pens, iced water and mints
- Accommodation from $140.00 in a One Bedroom Apartment including a breakfast packs, when booked in conjunction with a conference. Upgrade to a Hot Breakfast for only $10pp
*Conditions apply. Valid for all day conference packages booked prior to 31/08/2010. Subject to availability. Valid for new bookings only for conference 1/03/10 – 31/08/10. Room rates do not include a daily service, please request rates if required.
Standard Conference Packages
Full Day Delegate Package:

- Conference audio visual equipment including: Screen, whiteboard, flipchart, lecturn, lecturn microphone & remote mouse
- Room set up including clothed tables, iced water, mints and table stationary (Pads & Pens)
$55.00 per person per day (based on 40 delegates and above)
Half Day Delegate Package:
- Arrival Tea and Coffee
- Morning OR afternoon tea
- Conference luncheon at Cracked Pepper Brassiere and bar (Select Menu)
- Conference room hire (8.30am – 12.30pm OR 1.30pm – 5.30pm)
- Conference audio visual equipment including, Screen, whiteboard, flipchart, lecturn, lecturn microphone & remote mouse)
- Room set up including clothed tables, iced water, mints and table stationary (Pads & Pens)
$50.00 per person per day (based on 40 delegates and above)
